Friday, 5:00 pm, NOLA’s - Almost “A” combines strong backgrounds in classical, contemporary art music and jazz with folk, gypsy, gypsy jazz, and tango. All have experience working with many styles of dance. Their music is diverse and often quite surprising.
Thursday, 7:00 pm, RH - Bill Kirby runs an early childhood music program called Music Together at Champaign School of Music. Music Together is designed to help children and their parents discover the joy and educational value of informal music experiences. It’s about the times that we get out the pots and pans in the kitchen. The songs we sing while we’re in the car. Songs we sing before bed. We sing songs that become the soundtrack to our children’s daily lives.

Saturday, 5:30 pm, RB outside - Ibrahim Ouedraogo and Jason Finkelman play original tunes influenced by Ibrahim’s musical origins in Burkina Faso, West Africa and his experiences in this country.
Friday, 7:00 pm, C4A - Illinois Flamenco Jazz Collective: Directors Alyssa Teijeiro-Ficht (dance) and Brian Stark (music) lead University of Illinois students in a new music and dance ensemble dedicated to high-quality Flamenco education and performance in Champaign-Urbana and surrounding areas.
Friday, 7:30 pm, RB outside - Jeff Helgesen and Friends bring their special jazz mix to the festival.
Friday, 5:00 pm, RB outside - Jeff Mondak and Jordan Kaye: Children’s poet Jeff Mondak mixes it up with local favorite, Jordan Kaye, who puts those poems to song.

Saturday, 11:00 am, UFL - Kevin Elliott is a fingerstyle guitar playing singer-songwriter whose songs tend to be populated with a variety of (sometimes) endearing, left-of-center characters who tell their quirky stories in moving and amusing ways.
Saturday, 7:30 pm, C4A - LoveSeat: From Effingham, this duo plays funny songs and sad love songs. Some you may know, some they just made up.

Saturday, 3:30 pm, UFL - Matt and Tom Turino with JB Faires: Matt and Tom Turino, with JB Faires on bass, have been playing original and traditional fiddle-banjo music around Champaign-Ubana for thirty years. Currently, Matt performs more widely with Meadow Hawk and The Mean Lids. Resettled in Kentucky, Tom plays with Double Dog Dare, and T’nT. Both are proud members of The Turino Family Band based in Urbana.
Friday, 5:30 pm, C4A - Merry Travelers Duo: The heart and soul of the larger group, Holly Curia and Charlie Harris will perform stripped down versions of Merry Travelers originals and some select covers.
Saturday, 6:00 pm, C4A - Mr. Sensation and the Sensations: Down south Mississippi juke Blues with a side order of sweet and sour sauce and a large cold iced tea.
Saturday, 9:00 pm, RB outside - The New Orleans Jazz Machine is a traditional jazz band formed over 25 years ago and is fronted by long-time Champaign music teacher, Carlyle Johnson (clarinet/soprano sax).
Thursday, 8:30 pm, CM (swing dance) - The Paw Paws is a family friendly collaboration between local musicians Emily McKown and Paul Kotheimer.
Saturday, 10:00 am, RB outside - Porch Camp plays an extraordinary range of powerful and achingly beautiful music from all over: Eastern Europe, South America, French Canada, Kentucky, and some places you’ve never heard of. Featuring Robin Kearton (violin and viola), Sol Baer (clarinet, bass clarinet, percussion), Tom Faux (guitars and banjos).
