Yoga for Musicians

Does your neck or back ache after playing? Are your fingers, wrists and shoulders sore? Do you often lose your breath while you’re singing? Don’t worry! Yoga can help! In this workshop we’ll learn some simple techniques and stretches that will sooth your aches and get you feeling better before, during and after you make music! Yoga mats will be provided. Beginners welcome. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Maggie Taylor loves teaching people how yoga can help bring more joy to living. She has been teaching yoga for eight years.
